Day-to-day responsibilities
Generate property listings (residential, commercial, retail); conduct property viewings for prospective buyers/tenants; negotiate prices and lease terms; prepare sale agreements and lease deeds; coordinate with banks for home loans; manage property valuation discussions; build relationships with developers, landlords, and corporate clients; comply with RERA disclosure norms; manage digital presence (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com listings); handle paperwork (stamp duty, registration, society NOC).
