Overview
Supply chain managers oversee the end-to-end flow of goods from raw material sourcing through manufacturing, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. India's e-commerce growth (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho), the manufacturing PLI scheme push (mobile phones, electronics, semiconductors, EVs), and the growing 3PL and 4PL ecosystem (DHL, FedEx, Delhivery, BlueDart, XPRESSBEES, Ecom Express) have made supply chain one of the highest-demand functions. The China+1 strategy and the rise of Indian manufacturing have accelerated hiring sharply since 2022.
