National Law University Delhi is a state university of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, established in 2008 under the National Law University Delhi Act, 2007. NLU Delhi ranked #2 in NIRF 2025 (Law category) with a score of 80.00 and holds NAAC A accreditation with a CGPA of 3.10 (Cycle 2, valid until April 2028).

The university is located on a 12-acre campus in Sector 14, Dwarka, New Delhi, with an additional 7 acres allotted by the Delhi Development Authority for future construction.
