MDI Gurgaon's 35-acre fully residential campus is in Gurugram, Haryana, approximately 12 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport (Delhi). All students, including those in the NMP executive programme, live on campus. The campus has modern classroom facilities, a well-stocked library, student residences, mess, sports complex, and an amphitheatre. Student bodies include the Finance and Investment Club, Consulting Club, Marketing Club (Marq), HR Club (Oasis), and the Social Responsibility Initiatives. The annual management conclave is MDIverse; Ripple is the annual cultural and sports fest.
MDI Gurgaon operates a 35-acre fully residential campus in Gurugram. The institute offers the two-year PGDM in four tracks (Business Management, HRM, International Business, Business Analytics) with a combined AICTE-approved intake of approximately 480 seats. The NMP (National Management Programme) for senior IAS, IPS, and PSU executives is a government-sponsored residential programme funded by the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of HRD. MDI's doctoral Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a 3-5 year programme equivalent to a PhD, with a monthly stipend of Rs 60,000 for scholars. The institute has an active research output and ranks in the Financial Times Executive Education rankings globally.
AMBA (first Indian B-school, 2005) + AACSB (2021) + EQUIS (December 2025); one of approximately 140 institutions globally and approximately 5 in India; highest international accreditation tier
NIRF Management rank improved from #13 (2022-2023) to #9 (2025); entered the NIRF Management top 10 in 2025 for the first time
National Management Programme for senior IAS, IPS, and PSU officers since 1988; adds institutional credibility and government linkages unavailable at standalone private B-schools
Final 2024-26 batch: avg Rs 29.5 LPA, median Rs 29 LPA; 147 companies; consistent 100% placement rate across recent batches
FT Executive Education ranked globally; FT MiM in top 100 globally; multiple Business Today and Business World top-10 rankings for public sector and consulting placements
Honest caveat: MDI Gurgaon's NAAC A++ accreditation (2nd cycle, CGPA 3.83) expired in March 2024. Third-cycle NAAC reassessment status is not confirmed on mdi.ac.in or naac.gov.in as of June 2026. The official MDI accreditations page lists Triple Crown, NBA, and AICTE but does not show an active NAAC certificate. PGDM fees are from the mdi.ac.in admissions page (2026-28 batch: Rs 26.55 lakh); earlier aggregator figures cited Rs 28.16 lakh (likely a previous batch rate). Placement averages in the Rs 29.5 LPA range are high by national B-school standards; these reflect a small cohort (555 students total across all PGDM tracks) selecting from high-quality roles, not a large engineering-college-style batch.
