Overview
Instructional Designers (IDs) create learning experiences for corporate training, e-learning platforms, edtech products, K-12 and higher education. They translate subject expertise into structured courses, assessments, simulations, and interactive content. India's edtech boom (BYJU's, Unacademy, Vedantu, Physicswallah, Coursera India) plus corporate L&D growth at TCS, Infosys, Accenture, IBM, Wipro, drive massive demand. Specialised IDs in healthcare training, defence training, and compliance training command premium pay.
